Hosted by Mayor Gary Christenson, this was the second in a series of quarterly updates with residential brokers who are sales people for the community. The goal of the sessions is to provide information about the City and its various services, programs and activities.

Speakers at the meeting included Malden Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Deborah Burke, Malden Police Captain, Glenn Cronin, DPW Director, Bob Knox, Malden Fire Chief Jack Colangeli, Dr. Martin Trice of the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School and Kevin Duffy, the City's Strategy and Business Development Officer.

Handouts included a fact sheet about a first time home buyer down payment assistance program offered through the Malden Redevelopment Authority and the Malden Community and Business Guide.

The meeting was held at Boda Borg a new questing venue in Malden Square. Boda Borg owners informed the attendees that 2,500 visitors come to the establishment weekly.
