Malden Government Center Office: 200 Pleasant St

By automobile, the site is easily accessible from either Route 1 or Route 93. From Route 93, take the Route 60 (exit #32) east toward Malden. Follow Route 60 approximately 2 miles and as you pass under the railroad bridge into downtown Malden, take a left at the traffic light onto Commercial Street. Malden Government Center is 300 feet on your left. The Malden Redevelopment Authority is in Room 621 of the Malden Government Center. Public parking is available around the building.

From Route 1, take the Route 99 exit. Follow Route 99 approximately one mile to Route 60. Take Route 60 west approximately one mile to Malden Center and take a right onto Commercial Street (Bank of America is on the corner of Route 60 and Commercial St.). Malden Government Center is 300 feet on your right.

Using public transportation

Take the MBTA Orange line to the Malden Center Station. Malden Government Center is directly across the street from the Malden Center MBTA Station.

The Malden Government Center is also accessible through the Malden Center MBTA Station using the MBTA Commuter Rail System.

Follow Commercial Street one block to Charles Street. Take a right onto Charles Street and follow one block to Pearl Street. Take a left onto Pearl Street and follow 300 feet to 176 Pearl Street. There is ample parking at 176 Pearl Street.

Using public transportation

Take the MBTA Orange line to the Malden Center Station. Exit the rear of the Malden Center Station and proceed one block south to Pearl Street. 176 Pearl Street is a five minute walk from the Malden Center Station.
