Notice of Public Hearing, PY 2017 Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) 15-Day Public Comment Period

The Malden Redevelopment Authority (MRA) has completed a draft of the PY 2017 (FY 2017-18) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and is making it available for public review and comment for 15 days – September 7, 2018 through September 24, 2018.  The CAPER describes how the CDBG and HOME grant funds were expended from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, and helped carry out the housing, homeless and community development objectives, strategies and activities outlined in the City’s 2017 One Year Action Plan.


All written comments received will be included in the final CAPER sent to HUD along with the City’s responses.  The draft CAPER is available on the MRA website.  Printed copies are also available for public review from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the MRA Rehab Office, 176 Pearl Street, Malden. A public hearing will be held at this address on Tuesday September 18, 2018 at 6:00 PM.
